Exercise first. Then eat

Last night we had Thai Buffet. To be honest, it was average. I was hoping for much more variety! Come on, it is buffet!!

Anyway we knew we gonna eat alot. So I got Fred to go for a walk with me. It felt really good, wearing my new shoes and new sports outfit ahahahah!! We walked for about 35 mins along 6 blocks I think.

We checked out the houses and say hi to the cats (There are soooo many cats in our neighbourhood). We see the men walking home. We smelled all the cooking (woo there must be alot of good chefs around!). We saw a car that got broken into. We saw this women painting her fence.

I reckoned we had fun, until Fred's knee started hurting at night. Ops!

At least we get to sweat abit before our big meal! Might do it again later! Please don't rain!

Woman had seven children by dad - DISGUSTING

AUSTRIAN police have arrested a 73-year-old man accused of locking his daughter in his cellar for 24 years and fathering seven children with her.

A prosecution spokesman said Elisabeth Fritzl, 42, had accused her father, Josef, of "massive crimes".

DNA tests are being conducted on the woman and six surviving children.

It is the third time in recent years that Austria has been stunned by tales of children locked away by parents or adults they know.

According to police, Ms Fritzl told investigators her father put her to sleep with an anaesthetic on August 28, 1984, handcuffing her in a locked basement.

Officially, she was declared a missing person, with Interpol opening an investigation.

A letter was sent to her parents asking that they stop searching for her and local authorities concluded she had been seized by a religious sect.

She told police she spent years imprisoned in an underground chamber beneath the family home near the eastern town of Amstetten.

MS Fritzl told detectives she was "regularly abused" by her father and their incestuous relationship produced seven children.

All the children appear to have been born in grim captivity, but investigators said one child, a twin, died shortly after birth. Police said the body was subsequently burned.

Three boys and three girls, now aged between five and 20, survived. Mr Fritzl legally adopted two boys and one girl.

Mr Fritzl is said to have told his wife, Rosemarie, and local authorities that three babies had been left by Elisabeth on their doorstep, in different years.

Each delivery was accompanied by a letter purportedly signed by Elisabeth saying she could not support the child because she already had others to care for.

The trio went to school as normal, seemingly unaware that their mother and three other siblings (a girl of 19, and boys at 18 and five) were trapped underground.

According to ORF national television, the mother and five children are now in hospital. All are being treated by a team of psychologists. Reports said the mother was physically frail and badly disturbed by her ordeal.

Authorities were worried about the health of the mother and three of her children.
Yet neither neighbours nor social services appear to have had the slightest inkling.
"They had a swimming pool in the garden, we would hear them laughing, the three of them," said one neighbour.

Another backed up the story of the babies on the doorstep, adding: "(Rosemarie) always looked after the kids so well, taking them to school. We said 'it's incredible what she manages to do at her age'."

Police said the case only came to light after one of the girls, 19-year-old Kerstin, was admitted to hospital in a critical condition in mid-April.

Doctors stepped up efforts to find the mother, looking for background medical information, and Mr Fritzl brought his secret offspring into the family home.

He is said to have told his wife they suddenly reappeared.

Elisabeth Fritzl told investigators her mother knew nothing about the sexual abuse she had endured since the age of 11, about seven years before she was locked away.

Authorities found Elisabeth Fritzl and the three underground children yesterday evening local time.

In a cell himself since yesterday, Josef relented and gave police the security access codes to the basement overnight.

Police found several rooms 170cm high equipped with water and a television.

Mr Fritzl had been refusing to answer questions put by detectives, although Gerhard Sedlacek, a prosecution spokesman, said Elisabeth's accusations of kidnapping and incest are "credible".

Austria's most notable prior case was that of Natascha Kampusch, locked up by a man in the basement of a house for eight years before she escaped.

Ms Kampusch was 10 when Wolfgang Priklopil abducted her on her way to school in 1998. The 44-year-old kidnapper killed himself hours after she fled, throwing himself under a train.

Three young girls were also locked up for seven years by their mentally ill mother near Linz.

Fat inmate sues over weight loss

AN obese inmate awaiting trial for murder is suing authorities after he lost more than 45kg because of the prison food.

Broderick Lloyd Laswell has filed a federal lawsuit which says Benton County Jail in Arkansas doesn't give its inmates enough food after complaining he was down to 140kg after eight months inside.

He is accused, along with another man, of fatally beating and stabbing a man then setting his home on fire.

According to the suit, Mr Laswell weighed 187kg when he was jailed in September, the Associated Press reported.

"On several occasions I have started to do some exercising and my vision went blurry and I felt like I was going to pass out," Mr Laswell said in his lawsuit.

"About an hour after each meal my stomach starts to hurt and growl. I feel hungry again."
He said he should not be losing weight because he did little exercise.

"If we are in a small pod all day (and) do next to nothing for physical exercise, we should not lose weight," the suit said.

"The only reason we lost weight in here is because we are literally being starved to death."

The meals, provided through Aramark Correctional Institution Services averaged 3000 calories a day, jail spokesman Hunter Petray told The Morning News of northwest Arkansas yesterday.
A typical Western diet consists of 2000 to 3000 calories a day.

Movies

Below are just my views about the movies I watched. If you want to know what the movie is about, Google it or watch it. Cos I didn't wanted to spoil it.

Jay Chou Slam Dunk

I was so bored so I did a search on Youtube. And found this movie by Jay Chou. I always wanted to watch this movie but I have to say. I give it a 3/5. The storyline of how he became popular was not bad, but the love story was pretty crap. Also, I find it too similiar to Stephen Chow's movies. Was he directing it? The masters were all Stephen Chow's casts last time. Hmm... it would be good to be alittle more different. Ah well. I guess I expected too much after watching his last movie Secrets. That was damn good. Youtube it :P

P.S. I love you

Anyone read the book? It is pretty good! Give it a go. I read the book first, and watched the movie. It was quite different. But still gives you the tears at the end of the movie. Gerard Butler, isn't he the guy in 300? He looked so different. Maybe I'm wrong. Ok so how's the movie really? It was pretty good, give it a 4/5. I would prefer more details (comparing with the book). Oh I was so inspired of Holly's shoes!!! They are so beautiful. Maybe I should go for classes. Make shoes.

27 dresses

Not sure why, I just find that the plot of two people falling in love is getting too boring. It doesn't give you the excitement anymore. It was like, ok the audience will sure know why they fall in love so they just kissed and then etc. But other than the love story, the whole movie pretty typical. Hmm.. something like How to lose a guy in 10 days. Cos the guy who is a writer uses the girl at first to write his story. Then regrets blah blah blah. I was only enjoying the fact that Katherin Heigl was in the movie. I love her. I think she looked so much better than Knocked Up. Rate it 3.5/5

Over my Dead Body

Ok I got nothing to say about this movie. Eva Longoria was in it. And it was the shittest movie she was in ever. She just wanted to look good in the movie I think. Nice hair, tanned (black), make up and dress. She only wore two dresses I think. One before she died, one after she became a ghost. 0.5/5

A Kite Runner

Again, this one I read the book about 3/4 and asked Fred to find the movie. The movie was nearly as good as the book. But then, I hope for more details (comparing with the book). It was about these two kids in Afghanistan. Remember to bring tissues for the movie. (trying to think the right words ...) At the end of the movie, you will pretty much feel everything. Happy, sad, angry, frustrated, relieved, shocked, anxious, fear, etc. It really opened your eyes about many things that is happening in the world. Rate is 5/5.

Meet the Spartans

Remember Epic movie, it was as crappy as that. Horrible. Don't waste your time please. 0/5. The main actor was trying too hard to be like Ben Stiller. EPIC failure.

Circus!!

Last night Fred and I were invited to attend a CIRCUS in town! It was my first time going to a circus so really, I didn't know what to expect.

Ok I did think there would be animals and it would be like a huge stage.

No.

There were no animals. The stage wasn't that big.

But, we had a great time. There were lotsa magic tricks! Lotsa gymnastic going on. The girls were wearing swimming costume cos they were super tight, swinging on the top. It was quite breathtaking!

I saw the audiences - made up of family with kids. Some of the kids were "different". Well it was actually my in laws who got the tickets. Cos Mum in law is a carer for her parents, so that's how she got the tickets. So I suspect the audience were made of lotsa of carers.

It was a good night after all.

My new ASICS SHOES!!

They may not looked very nice but they sure fit nicely on my feet. They are so light!!! And I would say relatively affordable at $125. Not sure if you can see on the second picture of the shoes, you can see this black dots on the grey area. I thought they were pen ink! But no, they were made up of some super rubber which helps the shoes to last longer I think.

The guy who sold me the shoes knew so much shit about shoes! He was young and I would say incredible. I honestly hate shopping (let me explain, I hate taking long time to shop for something in particular). I hate trying on stuff. Yes I do not normally try on the clothes I buy.

So after like 15 mins, I bought the shoes. And some socks too!! Though not matching.

Guess where I went!

Yea, I went to the gym!

This girlfriend of mine has been telling me about her going to gym and how happy she is GOING TO GYM. She said exercise makes u happy. And she gym 4 times a week. Crazy huh. Yes, she goes on her own!

I was never motivated to exercise. I cannot jog, not in Perth. Somehow the cold wind makes my ear hurts. If anyone can tell me why is it so... email me.

So I went with her in the evening. We did body combat. To be honest, I felt totally out of place. The girls in the class were so turned on. They knew what's the next steps. Body combat is like you have to fist the air. So you have to look super cool like you are fighting. Ok maybe not super cool but when I saw my gf doing that. She looked really cool!

The class lasted for an hour. I was wearing the wrong shoes and I find it hard to balance since I had to move around quite a bit.

Anyway, I was quite motivated to do it again. So I'm going to get proper gears on the weekend!

A worm crawling under your jeans????????????????!?!?!!?!?!? !@?#@?#$?@#?$

To be exact, it was a caterpillar. A hairy one. It was about 1.5 inch in length, and pretty fat. Sigh, don't ask me how it happened cos I really don't know.

I was wearing a pair of jeans and those a little bell bottom. And just between my knee and my foot, I felt an itch. So I started scratching that area without going under the pants (if u know what i mean). Then I thought, it felt kinda weird.. cos it was still itchy after I scratched it. So I started slapping that area (Cos I didn't want to scratch my skin) Then I saw like a little bump over the pants when I put my hand up my pant and felt something slimy (yes... it is so gross)!!!!

I knew it ! I knew it was the caterpillar!!! But I didn't want this nightmare to come true!!! I started jumping! and took off my pants!!! and all my clothes (pretty much)!!! and Fred had to use a torch light to search for the worm. He saw some liquidy stuff when he turned my pants inside out!! And he was cracking!!! Arghh. Finally he found the worm on our carpet, DEAD!

It was the worst moment of my life! Never in my life, have I got any skin contact with any bugs!!! Especially those BIG and slimy ones!!!!!!!

Sigh... then yea, I had nightmare on the same night.

Woah! Happening in Perth

First of all, sorry for missing in action. I have been busy with setting up the business. It is not happening yet.. so hush hush.

Anyway, here I am, in the office, all alone. My boss out for some training courses. He needed it... hopefully that will train him from head to toe on how to stop mocking people.

So what is happening in Perth? There is a gunman in the CBD. No unfortunately not close to where I worked. But if Lindy was here today, it would have been so close to her hotel. And I would have been with her for lunch and get stuck in the CITY! AHAHA. That would have been so cool!!! See all the actions. But hey, hopefully no one gets hurt. Though Fred is actually heading to the city for a meeting... hmm...

YES, I'm so ANGRY!!!

Remember the bed I was waiting for? It is here. So waiting 4 months for it! It came and the slats were all in wrong sizes. So really, this bed was KING SUPREME! My mattress is in KING. The company refused to give us a refund. Why because they said it is in the F***ing policy! Well, I scolded the guy yesterday and Fred was shocked cos I was so angry. Well this bed cost us A$1300!! It is money you know!!! They said they can only offer a credit note. WHICH MEANS FORCING US TO BUY OTHER ITEMS! Really, I would have been ok, but no! I'm going to stand on my rights and get my money back!

So, really, if they want to make this big. I would. I have planned to complain to the ACCC (Australian consumers something something). I can go to court and get more than $1300 back. Waste my time, phone bills, stress and storage! For keeping their F***ing bed in my house!

I'm super upset. Cos this stupid bed made Fred and I fight a few times. We needed the bed for the wedding and we needed having the King matt on the floor. Sigh.

But yesterday was Thursday. We went shopping at night and found a nice bed. Which is within our budget. So tomorrow morning I'm going to get my refund and pay for another bed.

Honestly, I don't understand why people must be so nasty. How can they sell me something which I didn't order? Ah well...

Ok that's it for now. I really don't have much happening to me lately. Maybe in a couple of months time, things will be happening for me. The business and shiz.

Now, we got this couple, apparently father and daughter relationship and now, husband and wife. And they looked alike!!! They had one child but died due to complication! DUH! Then now they got a healthy baby. Sigh hope the baby is ok! Poor kid


Did anyone watch Oprah on the Pregnant man? Honestly she is not a pregnant man, cos she was born a female!! So, what is or was the big deal?? And, she took so much pills to make herself hairy and her clit grew into a lil P!!!!!! GROSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


And then, she chopped off her boobs!! OK I better stop now.

A new week!

Hi! How was your weekend?

Last Friday was raining. The day was pretty good until late afternoon my boss gave me crap again! Then I joined Fred and the guys at the bowling club for 30 mins and headed home myself. Then it started pouring! Arghh.. after which I went straight to cook my pasta cos I was so damn hungry. Well the plan was to wait for Fred to ring for dinner but yea I knew he won't. They started drinking since afternoon! Yes another 12 hours of binge drinking.

Well, again, the good thing is I can drive now. So I waited till about 12ish and took the two Fred and Jason back. And so that was my Friday... another late night.

Saturday was Mo's birthday. We had buffet at Hana's BBQ. As always it was so good. But this week was pretty crowded. The restaurant looked like it was on fire! Luckily it was a cool night, so it wasn't too bad. Since it was Mo's day, the guys definitely needed to drink before they head home. So we went to Burswood. I have to say, even though we don't go to the casino very much. But each time we go, there are always changes. And for some reason, it always looked bigger than ever! No idea how they made space for it. The guys noticed many girls groups, all were super young and wearing skimpy clothes!

I have to say if you compared the girls here in Perth and in Singapore, the Perth ones looked like someone put a tube in their mouth and blow it up. Yea, blowfish if I have to say. LOL. They were huge!

Sunday... ... I .... slept for 12 hours. I woke up at 3ish? I felt pretty bad. Sigh, cos I missed church and Fred went on his own. I have no idea what is wrong with me. Arghhhh! I just hate late nights Saturdays! It makes me so sleepy and grumpy the next morning! I had to wait for my hair to dry the night before. And I have to confess, at the same time trying to finish reading my book (Sophie Kinsella, Shopaholic and Baby) It was a funny and good read.

Last night, we watched this movie. And I knew it was based on true story! Though it didn't say anything in the beginning.

It was called "Into the Wild". It was about this guy, who named himself Alexander SuperTramp. He was an EMO. He decided to give up things like money, car, education and many other so called materialistics items. So his goal was to go to the Alaska with nothing much with him! How it ended? He died, eating the wrong plants. And he wrote "Love is better when shared". It was really stupid! Honestly, he wasn't well trained. He didn't armed himself very well too! He became so skinny that one day a bear walked past him, and ignored him! Bears don't eat humans anyway.

Oooo It's Friday!

OOoo Ahhh Weeeee!!! It's Friday!

I think due to the end of daylight saving, seems like the days pass by very quickly!! Hmm.. today Fred is going for another pub crawl. Sigh.. drink so much. What should I do?!?!!

I was supposed to join them but I can't. I better sit at home and brain storm my business. Thinking back the days in poly... why didn't I study harder!!! I can't remember how to write a freaking business plan!! HWOWWWW

Yea, I'm just finding things to do at the moment. Imagine if I've no goals in life, I would be a couch potato, well not that I can. My TV is so freaking small. 14 inches!!!!!

Last night had dinner at Happy Meals with a girlfriend. She was abandoned by her parents; her dinner plan was cancelled. So she decided to visit us. BUT, just as we were ordering at the restaurant, I saw her dad walking in! It was hella funny! If I had a camera, I would have captured the moment on her face, our faces, her dad's face! It was hilarious! After which, we continued our dinner and talked alot. It was a good and relaxing night.

Oh I'm having such a great day!

• Last night we went to Tony Roma's. Yes it is in PERTH! It felt like Singapore, cos the food tasted the same. No actually it was better here!
  
• I found another avenue to sell my Rootote!! Check out www.oztion.com.au! It is local, and so much better than Ebay. But yea, for international buyers, ebay will be better. Anyway I already got one bid!
  
• I found a dollar coin in the bus this morning. It's a good sign.
• My boss was nasty to me since last week. This morning, he dropped his fruit in the bin while cutting it. And he tipped his lunch box and his sammich fell on the carpet. Yes he picked it up and ate it. I felt mean laughing inside but I'm enjoying his bad karma happening in front of my eyes. Also...
  
• Remember I told you about my migraine due to some stupid reflection of the building. Today I wind up the blinds cos I thought it is definitely not going to affect me but my boss. He mentioned that he prefer blinds up if not it makes him sleepy.
  
  Well, the bright sunlight was affecting him! He had no choice but to wind down. HAHAAHAH. KARMA

Ok enough of being mean! But honestly I'm having a great day. I cannot expect more!

April's Fool

How was your April's Fool Day?

Fred tricked me and made me very angry. But I was ok after he told me it was April's Fool. I didn't know he celebrates it. Ah well, I always believe what he says!! Yes I'm so silly.

Anyway, nothing much to blog about really. Same shit everyday. Hate my boss. I think he is really abusing me. But there's nothing I can do. Cos I don't want to leave, I want him to GO! At the moment, I'm damn sleepy at work. Can't be bothered to do anything! Arghhhh

I hate the weather. It is going to be cold again. Sigh, why didn't I appreciate the heat before!! In a couple of weeks time I will be unpacking all my winter clothes again, which is good cos now we got a wardrobe.

Sigh, I wonder when I will get away with working for someone. I am trying all sorts of ways to do something else. But yea, fingers crossed. I got a good feeling about what I'm doing now and I just have to keep praying for signals. I am not greedy. I just needed something else to do other than sitting on my desk (not really, its a conference table) for 7.5 hrs a day, just doing adminstrative. I'm better than that!

People wished for my job and would do anything to get it. But really, how can you not allow your brain to function every day except after 5pm. Its quite ridiculous.

Ok wendy stop complaining! But I thought this is what the blog is for!!?! I can say whatever I want!!! Neh x3 bu x2

Meeting up an old friend

Last night, I met up with a long time no see friend. And it was a damn long time, probably 10 years!

It was so weird. But it was great catching up on what happened to her past 10 years and mine. And even weirder, she was only staying less than 2 km away from me!

I remembered we used to wait for each other on the bus, wrote letters to each other even though we went to the same school! Ok it was silly but I think we really enjoyed writing! ahahha... it was the trend in the 90s. HHAAH..

I wonder what is happening to the rest of the old friends.

Somehow I remembered a ex-class mate and I agreed to meet up on the land where school was when we turn 25. I think we were thinking that school was going to be demolish cos we hated school so much. But yea, it didn't. My secondary school was furnished and it looked so damn nice and all the girls can have long hair which is damn stupid cos I remembered we were fighting so hard for it. Sigh, but I won't complain. The girls probably can't have long hair down to the butt like my now! AHAHAH!

Another thing is when I met my husband, I realised his church is Perth was affliated to a church in Singapore. And when I visited the church in Singapore, I found half my teachers worshipping there. It was so freaking weird again but none of them recognised me. Must be my long hair. HHAAH.

Update on my bags. I found a way to beat the fees. But I need a freaking credit card! Sigh, but I need to go to the branch. So I must buy a ticket to visit a bank. How silly! The reason why is that I created my account using my thumbprint when I was really young. I should have convert that to a signature but I didn't. I know my sister reminded me many times but I didn't see a good reason to join the queue in the bank. Now I'm feeling the pinch cos I do need a bloody credit card! Ah well....
